Problems opening the app

The app is very good once it works. For the past week I havent been able to open the app. Once u try to do so it attempts to open since you are able to see the welcome screen and then it closes and goes back to my phones home screen. I wish this problem could be fixed as soon as possible or at least get some information as to the status of wether or not the problem is going to be fixed.
